Messy Divorce

A new client referred to as our office to uncover out if we could trace her soon to be ex husband to locate out if he was cohabiting. She is nearing the end of a messy divorce and needs to find out if her husband is living with an individual else. She has stayed in the marital house with their two young children and he has stopped paying maintenance but she can not find him.

The lady told us that her husband left about 9 months ago. He told our client that there was no one else involved, he just couldn’t live like he had been any longer. Though devastated by his choice to leave our client believed there was nobody else involved. At initial he made regular payments to her for the youngsters but over the months it's finding much less and much less. He won’t tell her where he is living but she believes he is working in the same location.

We decided to follow him home from work 1 evening to see if he went back to his living address. He went to the pub very first with a couple of men from his work. Soon after and hour and a half he took a brief walk to a property and let himself in with a important. We waited about to see if everyone else went back to the address. A woman pulled up onto the drive outside and let herself in using a key. We produced a note of the address and took pictures of the Target as well as the woman letting themselves into the house.

We checked out the address and located out the name of the woman. The target was not registered as living there - his last recognized address was that of the marital property. We did a lot more surveillance more than three days and discovered that he was living there. With the details supplied, in a report to our client she could then ensure that the CSA had the right information for him.
